Shipping & Delivery

Delivery may take between 1 to 7 business days, for in stock items, depending on your delivery area.

Shipping costs are not included in the item price, they are to be paid by the customer.

Shipping costs will be indicated for your location during the purchasing process.

Romania:

Shipping costs for orders with FAN CURIER are 4€.

International:

DHL

Shipping costs for orders below 300€ - 18€.

Shipping costs for orders over 300€ - free of charge.

Return & Exchange Policy

BOYARIATELIER.COM will only accept returns on non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

BOYARIATELIER.COM can only accept returns sent back within 14 days of receipt of your order.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please send your returned items through registered post or other trustable delivery company and please retain proof of posting/delivery documents.

Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

Exchanges

Based on the stock availability you may exchange an item for a different size. If that item is not available anymore, you may return it for a store credit.

Refund

Once the return was received and checked by our team, you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt and the products. A refund will be issued subject to the returned products meeting our Return & Exchange conditions.

We will refund you as quickly as possible, but please note that refunds can take up to a few days depending on your card provider.
